It is a school system prepared for the purpose of teaching those who cannot go to the school.-indeed it brings the College to the farmer's door. Men who are success- ful in some line of farming and competent to teach others the best methods in the lines, are employed fora month or two and sent out in groups of two or three to carry on a series of meetings in sections that have first asked for them, and agree to procure halls and audiences. The Institute System gives' permanance to the work of the Professors who visit us from Ottawa year after year, and ,it carries the same instruction into hund- reds of homes where the few Professors can only reach one.
