Y virtue of a Writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judi- cature, at the suit of Thomas Simpson against Febeang Wedge, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Febeang Wedge, All the Right, Title and Freehold Interest of the said Febeang Wedge in and to One Hundred Acres of land, more or less, 50 acres of which are in possession of the said Febeang Wedge, near MeClure's, and the other 50 acres are in the possession of Paul Perry (Rafile’s son.) near MeLeod's Mill, in Lot or Township No. Fifteen (15). in Prince County ; and I do hereby give Publie Notice that I will, on Thursday, the Eighteenth day of June, 1868, at 12 o’clock, noon, at the Court House in St. Eleanor' s. in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auction the said property or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said Writ, being £55, together with interest on the sum of £50, from the 16th day of February, 1864, until paid, besides Sherifl" s fees and incidental expenses.
