One thing which the manage- ment Is particularly proud of is the selling of nine threshers this year. more than have ever been said previously in this Province of this type. The island Equipment Company plant is noticeable particularly for the extraordinarily large amount of machinery that-has been dis- played on their property ailwring and summer. What many people may not have noticed is that the types of machines on display changed with the seasons. In the spring there were tillage instruments and these were later replaced by hey machines, load- ers. mowers and rakes. Then there were steel threshers and grain binders. Now the binders have been sold out and the space is be- coming filled up with fall mech- Ines: plows, harrows, etc. At present 16 employees tire on the pay roll and the number was as high as 25 during the busiest season.
