At North Lake, on Sunday wmorning, 30th July last, at the advanced age of 76 vears, Mary, beloved wife of Mr. John McInnis. Deceased wasa native of Cape Breton, and early in life removed with a number of relations to Tracadie, P. KE. Island. She leaves a sorrowing and aged husband with a large family, as well as numerous friends and ac- quaintanees to mourn the loss of a christian spouse, an affectionate mother, and a kind and generous neighbor. Her remains were followed to Saint Columbia Chapel by a large numer of people, where a solemn Requiem High Mass was sung, and the last rites of the Roman Catholic Church performed by the Rev. D. J.
