Interest In Clinto Interest in the "Day Camp." being held at Sud Montgomery's (the former Woodside Airport) at Clinton on the Margate Riv- er is at a high pitch these days, and one afternoon recent- ly a large number of the par. ents of the over 400 children in- volved in the program turned up to watch the proceedings. PROVIDE KNOWLEDGE It is designed to provide wat- er safety knowledge to every child in the communities of the area. and it is the hope of the provincial Red Cross water safety committee that the plan can be enlarged from year to year until it involves every child in the province. The children from each of the 23 districts are taken to Clin- ton each day by bus and each group is supervised by a lady volunteer from the district in Is High n Camp which they live. These ladies carry out a multitude of disci- plinary duties and at the same time are taking a keen interest in the whole routine carried out by the children.
