Mr. John Ross. who passed away very peacefully in his seventy-eighth year at the home of his nephew. Fred Smith. , . Mr. Ross, ,the son of the late Donald Ross and Eliza MacDonald. was born at R.ennie's Road and lived at the old home all his life. He leaves to mourn one sister. Mrs. -Mary Chandler of Charlottetown. Three sisters, Sarah, Catherine and Margaret. and two brothers, Alex- ander nnd Duncan pre-deceased him. Mr. Ross enjoyed good health all his life, partly due to his quiet -manner and serene spirit.
