Island, pasawd in the 'l‘twnty-fourth year of the Reign at Her Majesty Queen Victoria, entitled “ An Act in amendment; of and addition to the Act relatng tojudgment entered of record in the Prince lhlward Island, PRINCE COUNTY. ‘ Supreme Court ot'Judicaturc,” upon a certain judgment entered of {word in the said Court. in a cause wherein Ralph Brecken was Plaintitf, and the said Elisha Hooper and Lemuol Hooper were Defendants. Whereas application has been made to this Court, on the part of the above named Plaintitf Ralph Breekeu, stating that the sum of One hundred and six pounds t'our shillings is due to him on and secured by a certain Judgment of Record, at his suit against the said Elisha Hooper and one LemUcl Hooper, on or about Easter Term, A. D. 1852, for the sum ot Two hundred pounds debt, and the sum of Three pounds cost of sorts, and execution on such judgment has been moved for on behalt'ot the said Ralph Brecken : It is ordered that unless all or some of the persons interested in the Lands, formerly belonging to the said Elisha Hooper, deceased, shall on the first day of October next coming, at Saint Eleanor’s, come tot-ward and show cause why Execution should not be issued u on the aforesaid judgment against the Lands of the said Elisha I ooper, deceased, or his former right, title and interest therein. then eXecution will be issued against the Lands, tenements, and hereditaments of said Elisha Hooper, deceased, in the pursuance of the Act of the General Assembly of Prince Edward Island, passed in the Twenty-fourth year of the Reign of Her present Majesty, intituled “An Act in amendment of and in addition to the Act relating to Judgment entered of Record in the Supreme Court of Judicature."
