Student Medical Plan 1986/87 Upon registration all full time students automatically become members of the Student Medical Plan (Blue Crcss) and are charged $36.00. If you are already covered by a medical plan you may with- draw from the Student Medical Plan. Wi 5 Immediately after registration you may pick up your refund at the Student Union Office located on the first floor of the Student Union Building. You will need your 1986/87 Student Card or receipt from the University and proof of another medical plan. If you are receiving a student loan do not wait until the loan has been processed: before applying for the Student Medical plan rebate.
