     Student Medical Plan (Blue Crcss) and 
     
     are charged $36.00. If you are already 
     
     covered by a medical plan you may with- 
     
     draw from the Student Medical Plan.

     pick up your refund at the Student Union 
     
     Office located on the first floor of the 
     
     Student Union Building. You will need 
     
     your 1986/87 Student Card or receipt

     loan do not wait until the loan has been 
     
     processed: before applying for the Student
