Day passengers from Souris to Charlotte- town were detained at Mount Stewart some twenty hours waiting for the Georgetown train. This detention seems to have been quite unnecessary. It appears that the Souris train arrived at Mount Stewart on time ; but the Georgetown train, with which it connects, was delayed on account of the storm. And passengers from Souris were compelled to wait for it. Why the Souris train might not have come right along to Charlottetown 1s not explained.
