P. of Summerside, Prince Edward Island, is in town and 1s staying at Henchey’s Hotel. R, Brecken delivered a splendid address, in which he re- ferred to the sterling Christian character of the departed gentleman and giving a sketch of his connection with the Methodist church in Halifax.
