Judgment formerly entered up in this Court, wherein the said John LeFurgy is plaintiti'. and JAMES CRAS‘VELL, now deceased, was defendant. IlEREAS application hath been made to this Court on affidavit on the part of the said John LeFurgey stating the sum of One hundred and sixty-eight pounds eighteen shillings is due to him, on and secured by a certain Judgment of Record of this Court, at his suit against the said James Craswell, since deceased, entered up of Trinity Term, in the twenty~eighth year of the reign of her present Majesty Queen Victoria, and in the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, for the sum of three hundred and twenty pounds debt, and three pounds costs of suit —e.nd execution on such Judgment hath been movod for on bzhalf of the said John LeFurgey, as aforesaid. It is ordered, that unless all or some of the persons interested in the lands formerly belonging to the said James Craswell, deceased, shall on the first day of next February Term, at George- town,in the said Island,being the first day of said Term for King’s County, come forward and show cause why Execution should not issue upon the said Judgment, at the suit of the above named John LeFurgey, against such lands of the said James Craswell, deceased, or his former right, title and interest therein—then Execution will be issued against such lands, and the tenements and hereditaments of the said James Craswell, deceascd, in pursuance of an Act of the Generalv-Assembly of the said Island, Prince Edward, passed in the twenty-fourth year of the Reign of Her present Majesty, intituled “ An Act in amendment of and in addition to the Acts relating to Judgments entered of Record in the Supreme Court of Judicature.” On afiidavit of John LeFurgcy, and on motion of E.
