IV.-—No. 307 By virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of William Sanderson, against Jeremiah Thomas, I have taken and seized, as the property of said Jeremiah Thomas, all his right, title and freehold interest, in and to Eighteen acres of land, a little more or less, situate at Burnt Point, being part of the Reserved Land adjoining the Royalty of Georgetown. with the buildings and appurtenances thereon; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the 15th day of March, 1865, at the Court House, in George- town,.at 12 o’clock, noon, set up and sell at public auction, the above recited property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on said writ, being £39 135. 4d. currency, with Interest on £35., part thereof, from 14th April, 1862, until paid, besides Sheriff’s fees.
