Organization would provide stability. he said. and the fishermen must organise to a greater degree in order to meet competition. Mr. Frank Campbell of the Loan Board also spoke of the need for greater urganiza t among fisher- men. He felt that since it was the fishermen who had the boats. they would thus in great measure con- trol the production. and through their own factories could also control in greater degree their own marketing to get greater re- turns for themselves.
