We realize the advantage your show has of bringing to‘ the front, the outstanding quality of the better class of animals. The Government ts more interested in the Fox In- duslry at the present time, than it has been for sometime past, as they are undertaking to spend considerable sums of money with the idea of increasing the quality of foxes held in the different ranches in the Province for breeding purposes. . In order to accomplish this, we have engaged our Fieldman, Mr. W. F. Burke, who has this work in charge under our Department. Up to the present time our suc- czss has been far greater than we could hope it might be. We have established already in the vicinity of twenty (20) Fox Study Clubs, in the Province and we are daily receiv- ing letters inquiring about the formation of new Clubs, and in many cases, letters from parties who have already instituted their Clubs, giving us names of their Executive. I would earnestly ask the fox ranchers through the Province, to give to our Fieldman, that hearty co-opera- tion and support, which he has received up to the present time. We also wish to express "our gratitude to the repre- sentatives of the different Fur Pools in the Province, as well as to the staff of the Experimental Fox Station at Summerside. and also to the press and all others who have materially assisted in. making this undertaking such d, phenomenal success. 1. q w. u.
