Council of the Board of Trade which
should have been held yesterday evening
was adjourned until after the election..

Point left Miscouche for home on Tuesday
night just as the snow storm was setting
in and as he had been doing considerable
canvassing during the day it.was feared
by some who saw him leave that he
might have some difficulty in getting
home,particularly as he was well advanced
in years. The searching party accordingly
followed him and after a hard nights
_work succeeded in 'finding hisimrse early
Wednesday morning. The search was
continued and during the afternoon they
were rewarded by finding the gentleman
himself in a field considerably exhausted
and benumbed with cold. He had a. close
call but will probably recover.
