      of
      PEI
      is
      paying
      tribute
      to
      one
      of
      the

      contributors

      Island’s
      university
      community
      by
      setting

      a
      memorial
      scholarship
      in
      his
      honour.
      The
      Albert
      Bing
      Ching
     
     
      Young
      Memorial
      Scholarship
      is
      an
      annual
      full-tuition
      scholar-
     
     
      ship
      awarded
      to
      a
      resident
      of
      Prince
      Edward
      Island
      who
