W. C-innonn, which occurred Sunday evening _ at her home in St. Eleanor’s. Mrs. Cannon, nee Miss Gertrude Mason. was a daughter of Mr. ' J. D. Mason of Charlottetown. where as well as in Summerside and St Elean- nr’s, she was well-known ind deserved- ly esteemed. She had been in delicate health for some months past' from heart trouble, but had lately appeared to be improving in health until death came suddenly and unexpectedly.
