The old and new councils are working together to pre- pare a brief to the Aims and Objectives Committee; a br— ief to Senate on how Tenure should be changed, and an ' dent complaints. They have begun to check into a vari—‘ ety of questions such as: Why is the university hold- »ing back on bursaries; why can the university break the .Landlord and Tenant Act; Why is the university turning down students who wish t0‘ J move into Blanchard Hall.
