MARGARET LANNAN On Aug. 2'1, 194i, after an illness of about one month, there passed to her eternal reward Mrs. Mar- Ll e eighty-third year of her age. Mrs. Lannan has always been the valiant woman; kind, charitable, unselfish and an ideal Catholic mother and neighbor. She was ever ready to sacrifice self for others; neighbors and friends can testify to her thoughtfulness in times of trouble and sickness. Beloved by all with whom she came in contact, ,her constant cheerfulnes and serene humor preserved for her a disposition which never grew nld. She was as entertaining to the _\'0llllg as to the old, and all with- out exccpfion cherish nought but loving memories of her beautiful lifc. During her last years she was t-enforly cared for by her son James and his family, with whom she lived. In her last illness they wore asssted by rer three daugh- ters, Mrs. Jerome Power Sr. M.
