      environments

      gain.

      a
      weapon
      in
      the
      sense
     
     
      that
      it
      tries
      to
      destroy
      all
      that-ugly
     
     
      shit.
      When

      that

      is

      graffitti
      should
      disappear
      too.

      problem
      is
      that
      graf
      has
      been
     
     
      removed
      from
      its
      meaning
      and
      is
     
     
      used
      to
      sell
      t-shirts,
      sneakers,
      and
     
     
      pop.
      It’s
      a
      commodity
      and
      not
      a
     
     
      meaningful
      movement
      a
      lot
      of
      the
     
     
      time.
      Buying
      or
      controlling
      graffiti
     
     
      defeats
      it.

      paint!

      have

      culture
      here
      can
      evolve
      as

      has
      in
      other
      parts
      of

      world,

      it
      will
      only
      prosper
      in
      the
      face
      of
