Prince Ferdinand was enthusiastically welcomed on his arrival here Saturday night. To-day he attended the Te Deum in the Cathedral. From the Catheéral under a brilliant military and otlicial escort hall of the great! The Sobrange was in session when the Prince entered, and greeted him with prolonged cheers. The Metropolitan delivered an address and administered the oath to the Prince, who thereupon signed the. constitution. M. Stoiloff, Prime Minister on behalt of Prince Ferdinand, issued a proclamation, saying:—‘t We, Ferdinand, by the grace of God and will of the people, Prince of Bulgaria,Sannounce to our well beloved people that we assume the Government of the country. We will rule in with the constitution with intent to proaote its glory, greatness an‘ develozsemeit We shall always be reac y | to sacrifice our lives for its ‘happiness. The Sobrange accordance Prince thanks the people for his election, the regents and ministry tor all the conduct of affairs during the dif- ficult crisis.
