Camp- bell had quite adequetly answered the questions pertinent to the issue. The questions were primarily concerned with how lOng it would take for the government in question to make a definite decision on Iar. itime union. An indidido ual was disturbed by the red-tape involved in blocking, unnecessarily, a definite, decision.
