UBLIC Notice is hereby given, that Her Majesty’s Su- preme Court of Judicature, for Queen’s County, will be held, at the Court House, in Charlottetown, on TUESDAY, the 7th day of MAY next, at thehour of 10 o’clock, forenoon, of the same day, of which. all Justices, Coroners, High and Petty Constablesand Bailifi‘s, will take netice, and laying aside all manner of business and excuses whatsoever, be then and there to do and fulfil those things which by reason of their several oflices shall be to be done. Y virtue of a writ of Statute Execution to me directed, issued out of Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature, at the suit of Daniel Brenan against Bartholomew Pollard, I have taken and seized as the property of the said Bartholomew Pollard. All the right, title and leasehold interest of the said Bartholomew Pollard, in and to all that tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Charlottetown, being numbered on the Plan of Town Lots Nos. 88, 89,90, in the First Hundred of Lots in the said Town, as Lot No. Thirteen’ (13,) bounded by a line commencing at a stake fixed on- Dor- chester Street, at the south-west corner of Town Lot No. 91, thence westwardly along Dorchester Street 40 feet, and extend- ing back by parallel lines, 80 feet.
