Their strong momentum has already carried them through a 2-0 home | victory over the Dalhousie Tigers inthe semi-finals, and they’ II be moving on to host the Finals on November 7 at 1 p.m. The AUAA championship game will beagainst Acadia, who took their semi against Memorial ina2-1 overtime win. The Axemen were slated to play the final against the Panthers on November 1, but the game was postponed due to poor field conditions. Stephen Boswall netted the first Panther goal against Dal only seven minutes into the first half. The second half’s lone goal wasscored nineminutes into play by RyanO’ Connell. Sharp goal keeping throughout the game earned Shane Etchegarry the Player of the Game honours.
