     Roper, I have taken and seized as the property of the 
     
     said James Roper, All the Right, Title and Freehold 
     
     Interest, property, claim and demand of the said James 
     
     Roper, in and to the following Tracts, pieces and parcels 
     
     of land and pasture lots, situate, lying and being in 
     
     Charlottetown Royalty, in Queen’s County, in the said 
     
     Island, and being Pasture Lots Nos. 295, 238, and one 
     
     third part of pasture lot No. 237, together with the 
     
     Dwelling House, Barn and Workshop thereon, and front- 
     
     ing on the Saint Peter’s Road; also all those other Four 
     
     Pasture Lots situate in Charlottetown Royalty afore- 
     
     said, being Nos. 561, 562, 566 and .567, situated to the 
     
     westward of St, Peter’s Road, and bounded on the front 
     
     and rear by the two eastwardly Royalty Roads. with all 
     
     and singular the appurtenances and hereditaments there- 
     
     Unto belonging, all which Pasture Lots are delineated 
     
     and laid down on the plan of Pasture Lots in Charlotte- 
     
     town Royalty; and I do hereby give public notice that I 
     
     will, on Wednesday, the 16th day of December, 1869, at 
     
     twelve o’clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlotte- 
     
     town, in the said County, set up and sell at Public 
     
     Auction the said property, or so much thereof as will 
     
     satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being One hun- 
     
     dred and fifty-five pounds eleven shilling and four pence, 
     
     debt and costs, with interest from 28th October. 1865, 
     
     until paid, on One hundred and fifty pounds, and also 
     
     163. 8d. for the said writ, besides Sheriff’s poundage and 
     
     all other incidental expenses.

     dicature, at the suit of Barbara Lelia Alice Peake, 
     
     Thomas Peake, Daniel Hodgson, and James Peake. Exe- 
     
     cutors of the last Will and Testament of James Peake, 
     
     deceased, against James Roper, I have taken and 
     
     seized, asthe property of the said James Roper, All the 
     
     Right, Title and Leasehold Interest of the said James 
     
     Roper in and to the following tract of land, situate on 
     
     Township No 33. in Queen’s County, in the said Island, 
     
     bounded as follows, that is to say: commencing on the 
     
     North side of the Back Royalty Road, in the South-west 
     
     angle of land in the occupation of Richard Partridge, 
     
     and running thence one hundred chains, thence West 
     
     five chains, thence South to the road aforesaid, and 
     
     thence East five chains to the place of commencement 
     
     containing fifty acres of land, ( a little more or 
     
     less), and I do hereby give public notice that I will, 
     
     on Tuesday, the fifteenth day of December next, 1868, 
     
     at tWelve o'clock, noon. at the Court House in Charlotte- 
     
     town, in the said County, set up and sell at Public Auc- 
     
     tion the said property, or so much thereof as will satis- 
     
     fy the levy marked on the said writ, being One hundred 
     
     and fifty-five pounds eleven shillings and four pence,

     Street and extending East by parallel lines 84 feet, bound- 
     
     ed on the South by Lot No. 1, On the East by Lot No. 15, 
     
     third range, Letter F, and on the North by the remaining 
     
     portion of said Lot No. 16, together with the Dwelling 
     
     House and all other Buildings thereon. And I do hereby 
     
     give Public Notice, that I will on Saturday, the Fourth 
     
     day of July next, A. 1)., 1868, at Twelve o’clock, noon, at 
     
     the Court House, in Georgetown, in King’s County, set 
     
     up and sell at Public Auction, the said Property or as
