The Company also own their own Ranch at Seal River, splendidly situated, fully equipped in the most up-to-date manner, the outside boundaries enclosing three acres, allowing ample room for extensions. The R inch is under the management of Mr. W. A jenkins, who has had several years’ experience in breeding foxes, and who has been very successful. Mr. Ienkins is paid a fixed srlary for his services and a fixed amount per head for feeding the foxes. No other salaries, commissions or per centages being paid anybody, consequently the C.irrpany’s foxes are being maintained at the lowest possible cost, and therefore the shareholders will par- ticipate to the last possible dollar in the earnings of the foxes. New Capitalization It is now proposed to add to the holdings of the Company three pairs 1913 young, to be selected from the progeny of tlre present four pairs cf breeders, making in all four pairs of breeders and three pairs of young, and to increase the paid up capital of the (Iornpany to §5126,oco.oo (twelve hundred and sixty shares of $100.00 each, Of this amount $69,030.03 is now tffered for sirbscription, and it is expected the present shareholders will take tlie lar est share, _ 8 leaving a comparatively small amount to be offered to the public at par. Prospects The prospects for the future are very bright in- deed. Foxes are selling tr -day higher than ever, and ' the industry has taken firm hold in the other East- ern Provinces of Canada. If is predic td that the present or even higher prices will rule next year and that foxes will continue to be sold for lreeding pur-1 poses only for rt good many yeais to iouie.
