Several American seiners have already started for home, and more are preparing to go. The cruisers Acadia and Critic were in Souris on Saturday. They have had little or nothing to do this summer, so far; hut there is no knowing when the mackerel may show up, and when they do, the cruisers’ services will be in demand.
