All the right, title and freehold interest of the said Malcolm McLean in and to all that tract or piece of land situate on Township Number b7, in Queen’s County, in Prince Edward Island, described as follows, that is to say: commencing on the Anderson Road at the Southwest corner of land held by Angus Matheson: it runs thence North Ill-lg chains; thence West ten chains, or to the East boundary of James Todd‘s farm; thence South along the said boundary to the road aforesaid; and thence along side of said road, South-easterly, to the place of commencement; and is bounded on the East by land held by Angus Matheson, on the West by James Todd, on the South by Anderson's Road. and on the North by the rear line of Farms fronting on Dunk River—the said courses being according to the Magnetic variation of the year 1764; together with the buildings and appur- tenances to the same belonging, in Queen‘s County; and I do hereby give public notice, that I will, on the Eighteenth day of November, 1566, at Twelve o‘clock, noon, at the Court House in Charlottetown, in the said County, Set up and sell, at Public Auction, the said property, or as much thereof as will satisfy the levy marked on the said writ, being (1352 Us 11d) fifty-two pounds and eleven pence, currency, with lawful interest on (£34 2s 2d) thirty-four pounds two shillings and two pence, from the First of July, 1863, until paid, together with lbs 8d for this writ, besides Sheriff’s fees and incidental expenses.
