     N pursuance of an Act of the General Assembly of this 
     
     island made and passed in the twenty-tnurth year of the 
     
     reign of Her Majesty, Queen Victoria, intitoled “ An Act 
     
     relating to the Lind Assessment at present imposed by 
     
     Law on the Town and Royalty of Princetown," and also 
     
     of an Act made and parsed in the twenty seventh vear ml 
     
     the some reign, intituled "An Act to C-iltuniidllte and amend , 
     
     the several Laws imposing an Assessment on all Lands in 
     
     this Colony, and for the encouragement of Eluc-ition.” 1do 
     
     hereby give public notice that 1 have made proclamation 
     
     according to the terms of the said Acts. of all the under- 
     
     mentioned Town Lits, Water Lots. Common Lots, Pasture 
     
     Lots, lsltunds, or parts of islands. Townships, or parts of 
     
     Townships, in this Island, in ttrrear lor the non-payment 
     
     of the several sums due and owing thereon to Her Ma-
