The game started off with a rush.and
the puck was soon forced into the
Crescents territory and after a few
minutes play, Blake shot the first goal
from C. point. _
The second goal was neatly scored
by Mabcn and the third by Blake
again from C. point. When the bell
rang for half time the score was 3 goals
to 0 in favor of the home team.
At 8.45 ihe game started again. The
visitors now settled down and tried
hard to score, but tailed. The clever
passing of the Vics put them all in con
fusion Mahon soon scored a goal on
a pass from W. F. Collings and the
fifth goal was made in a scrimmage.
The sixth and last goal was made by
Mabon,when the game ended with the
score standing thus: 2nd Victorias, 6;
Crescents, 0.

There were no accidents during the

The dining room of the Hotel Davies
was occupied last night by 150 citizens
