CHARLOTTETOWN Charlottetown's new Polyclinic, the vision of the seven doctors who comprise it, with its mod- zrn design which strikes a new note in architec- ture to the City will open today. The building is situated on the site of the old agricultural hall and is accessible from Kent, Fitzroy and Prince Streets. It is a two-storey building with a high base- Inent which will be used for storage purposes and eventually for the janitor's quarters. To the left of the main entrance is a large waiting room with built-in chesterfields. Adjoining this is the of- fice with a circular counter. Five doctors have their offices on the first floor as well as examina- tion, diathermy, general treatment rooms and a imall lab. The two eye specialists, Drs. Lantz and Hou- ston, have their offices on the second floor. There Is also a waiting room on this floor and a board WE ARE PROUD - - - to have been the general contractors for the erection of this fine new clinic which will be an important addition‘ to the facilities now available in Charlottetowm ‘for the alleviation of suffering. The Polyclinic was originally started in 1925 with a staff of three doctors. Since then the staff has been increased to the present group of seven: Drs. R. F. Seaman, J. W. McKenzie, R. G Lea, J. P. Lantz, Donald Campbell, G. Gilbert ‘iouston and J. K. L. Irwin. The building was designed under the super- vision of the architect Mr. E. S. Blanchard and built by the contractors M. F.
