HEREAS. upon reading the Petition of James Yeo, Esq.. the Administrator of the said Estate. now on file, setting forth that the Personal Estate was insufficient to pay off the debts due by the said Estate. and praying that License may be granted unto him to sell the Real Estate of the said deceased, and then from the proceeds thereof to pay the debts due by the said Estate; and also upon reading a certified copy of the Inventory of the Real and Personal Property of the deceased, also on file and annexed to the said Petition—Now, therefore. I do hereby order, that the parties interested in the said Estate. do appear before me, in the Court House of the Colonial Building, in Charlottetown, aforesaid. on Saturday, the Twenty-ninth day of May next, ensuing the date hereof. at Ten o’clock of the morning of the same day, to show cause. if any they can, why the prayer of the said Petition should not be granted. And I do further order that a true copy of this Order be published in the Royal Gazette newspaper of the said Island, for at least four consecutive weeks from the date hereof, so that all parties interested in the said Estate may have due notice hereof.
