Calvin Bun- gay of the Alberton Detachment RCMP. Sgt. Keefe told the court that he was in his office in Summer- side on the afternoon of June 30 when ke received a call to go to Ross’ Corner. When he arrived there he saw a, police car in front of which were Cpl. Bigelow and Cst. Courtney along with two men one of whom was the ac- | cused. Sgt. Keefe said he then took Gallant to his office,-where he was again searched. This time an- other watch was -found in his jacket pocket. When asked where he had obtained the watches the accused replied that he had found them under a building in Summerside the witness said. The accused later accompanied Sgt. Keefe to the spot where he said he had found the watches atid was-later placech under arrest.
