Costumes and scenes historically correct. Eighty persons in the cast supported by a mixed choir of eighty voices and an orchestra of twenty. Pageant under the direction of Mrs. A. H. Roper, C. D. A., the Chorus under Mr. Albert Dennis, B. A., and the Orchestra under Miss Vera Malcolm Campbell, Musc. Bach. Mr. J. Austin Trainor, C. D. A. in charge of make-up, stage settings by Mr. A. M. Whitlock with lighting effects under control of Mr. E. S. Chandler, E. E. The Pageant runs for two hours‘ and faithfully portrays the founding of Canada. A number of thrilling scenes are enact- ed including the high-light so vividly perpetuated on canvas by Sir Robert Harris, universally known as “The Fathers of Con- federation”—-— a marvellous, thrilling reproduction of an artists masterpiece. The Parade of the Provinces is another high spot in this eventful evening’s entertainment. Each Province represented by a young lady supported by two notables in the history of each Province, enacting reproductions,——vivid, en- tertakigiing, instructive. Acquatic Sports at Victoria Park. Swimming, diving competitions for boys and girls of all ages. Entries may be made at any time. Life Saving Exhibitions. Something everybody shouldsee and learn about. 1.00 P. M.—-Yacht Races, Charlottetown Harbour. Rowing Races between picked crews from several Canadian and United States naval units in port, "and from the R: C. N. V. R. establishment. The Yacht Races should be the most thrilling seen here in many years. For the first time in their history three clubs will be rep- resented.‘One of the oldest and largest clubs in the Maritimes, the Royal Kennebecassis Yacht Club of Saint John, N. B.~, and two of the younger clubs, the Wallace Yacht Club and the Amh- erst Yacht Club. The Island Clubs will be well represented by Summerside, Montague, Georgetown, while other entries have been received from Pictou, Shediac. and other points. An On tario built racer of the Class 11 (under 18 Ft.) has been entered from Orwell,_ which brings the entries for this class up to more than twenty.
