This past year, 1977— 78, the Student Union paid in full, the amount owing on their building and now own it completely. This summer, the Barn has been newly renovated and can now provide even better service to the students. The Barn houses the Executive of Student Union offices: as well as that of Mickey Place-the UPEI's Student Union Business Manager. Also located on first floor is the Panther lounge, with newly installed seats and tables plus a bar—a very filled up roan on Pig and Whistle nights! 'lhe second floor is completely open for dan— cing with a round bar located in the centre of the area. rIhe live band plays at one end of the room so there is lots of space for people who want to talk and watch. The cafeteria,which was previously located on the second flOOr has been mov- ed to third. The new food service will be provided by the Beaver Foods. 'Ihey will be open an. thru Fri. and are available to all students who wish to eat there. When it's too cold to walk downtown it's great to know you can have din— ner atthe Barn! 'lhe Bar is open 9-5 every day Monday thru Friday and there is always someone around to have coffee with. It's not a far walk from any of the campus buildings so come down scmeday and see it for yourself. As well, listed below are the charges and fines found in the Campus Police Policy. Please note the charging procedure.
