As the Charlottetoivn Harbor was closed and she was unable to get in here, she proceeded to Georgetown, arriving there on Christmas morning at 4.30. At noon she left again for Picton. so that she would be on the Picton side to take up the service on Saturday morning, leaving there at 7 o'clock. The S. S. Minto left Picton on Christmas Day at 4.45, arriving in Georgetown at 7.30, with 326 bags ot' mails, 4 tons of express, 40 tons ot’ freight and 30 passengers. Both boats are now on the Georgetown Plctou route, running one from either end. leaving at 7 o'clock in the morning. The S. S. Brant. as stated in the Guardian recently, arrived in Halifax on the 18th inst., from Charlottetown to go into the service of the Naval De- partment.
