Although Mrs. Sharpe had been in ill health for the pssf year her condition was not con- sidered serlous and her death came as a great shock to her fam- ily and many friends. She was the former Rena Muc- Kenzie, s daughter of Mr, and Mrs. John MscKenzle of Amherst. Her husband, Dr. Richard H. Sharpe, died about six years ago in Summerside. They had nrev- lously lived in Providence. R. I., where Dr. Sharpe practised his profession but moved to Summer- side about eight years ago when he retired due to ill health. After his death Mrs. Sharpe made her home with her sister-Z-n-law, Miss Ziipha Sharpe of Summerslde till a year ago when she went to Am- herst.
