Mrs. Lillie May McKinnon, formerly
of Summerside, P. E. I.,has petitioned the
superior court of Suffolk County for a de-
cree of divorce from Daniel McKinnon, to
whom she was married at Snmmerside in
1893. Desertion and non-support are the
grounds alleged. The case is to be heard
on the ilrst Monday in September.-St.

It is announced that M. Labori, the ad-
vocate for the defence of the Dreyfus
trial, is to give it serious of forty lectures
in America next season. M. Labori, who
is said to be a complete master of the
English language, proposes to talk about
the trial, and it is said that Mme. Labori,
perhaps may add interest to herhusband's
lectures by contributing some pianoiorte
numbers. Mme. Labori was once the
