In THE MATTER of the application of JOHN LnFunGEY respecting 3 Judgment formerly entered up in this Court, wherein the said John LeFurgy is plaintitf. and JAMES CRASWELL, now deceaSed, was defendant. IlEltEAS application hath been made to this Court on affidavit 0n the part of the said John LeFurgey stating the sum of One hundred and sixty-eight pounds eighteen shillings is due to him, on and secured by a certain Judgment of Itecurd of this Court, at his suit against the said James Craswell, since deceased, entered up ofTrinity Term, in the twenty-eighth year of the reign of her present Majesty Queen Victoria, and in the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, for the sum of three hundred and tWenty pounds debt, and three pounds costs of suit —-and execution on such Judgment hath been moved for on behalf of the said John LeFurgey, as aforesaid. It is ordered. that unless all or some of the persons interested in the lands formerly belonging to the said James Cruswell, deceased. shall on the first day of next February Term, at George- town,in the said Island,being the first day of said Term for King’s County, come forward and shew cause why Exocution should not issue upon the said Judgment, at the suit of the above named John LeFurgey, against such lands of the said James Craswell, deceased, or his former right, title and interest therein—then Execution will be issued against such lands, and the tenements and hereditaments ot the said James Craswcll, deceased, in pursuance of an Act of the General Assembly of the said Island, Prince Edward, passed in the twenty-fourth year of the Reign of Her present Majesty, intitu’led “ An Act in amendment of and in addition to the Acts relating to Judgments entered of Record in film Supreme Court of Judicature.” On atlidavit of Jrhn LeFurgey, and on motion of E. TENDERS for LUNATIC ASYLUM. r ‘HE Trustees of the Lunatic Asylum are desirous of contracting _ for the supply of the Institution for six months, from the lst of February, 1866, With the following articles, viz: FRESII BEEF, per pound. FLOUR, Island, per 100 pounds. do. Canada, per barrel. OATMEnL, per 1H0 pounds. 30 Cords FIREWOOD. The Beef to consist of fore and bind quarters, which. with the other articles, are to be deliVered at. the Asylum to order when required. ' The wood to be four feet long, piled 4 feet high in the yard. and to consist of Black & Yellow Birch, lieech or Rock Maple, and no rotten or crooked wo id will be reCeived. Tenders for each, separately or together, will be received at the Asylum, or at the oflice of Theophilus DesBrisay, Esq., until WEDNESDAY, the 31st day of JANUARY, inst, at 10 o clocl: forenoon. ’ By order of the Trustees.
