THEN you might be interested in Canadian Student Pugwash. . _ Canadian Student Pugwash is_’ seeking a new National Coordinator for a two-year term, beginning July/August, 1985, _when the term of the current National Coordinator expires.‘ - The Natidnal Coodrinator is the Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Student Pugwash, _and is responsible for a broad range of tasks, including the planning and coordination of a national conference, the direction of a fund raising campaign the formation and development of Student Pugwash chapters at Canadian universities, the editing, publication and distri- bution of newsletters, conference proceedings, and reference 7 material, the dissemination of information on issues related to science, public policy, and the social responsibilities of V scientists; and the management of the National Office in _ Ottawa. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in the development of new education programs and in the management of existing ones, to work with a large number of students, university profesors, and top government officials across the country, and to explore the social implications of science and technology.
