For years- ;they have been admired as sliownj iby Stewart and Roop, and it wasi Iencouraging to see they had onl display again this year as good a' quality if not better than previous years. They had keen competition from Ernest Kenny and Son, Nova Scotia, Stewart and Roop won the grand championship and Kenny and Son reserve champion-I ship. After the show. President 15. B. Jones of Bunbury, warmly con- gratulated Judge John Maloney and thanked him for coming here at considerable inconvenience to act. as judge, and to give perfect satisfaction to every competitor. Enjoyed Show In reply Mr. Maloney said he enjoyed coming here and meeting old friends and hoped that next year he would be back again and see an even greater display than the present one. He said that the Fox Show Pavilion was the finest he had seen in all his travels for the purpose, and the lighting the best. President Jones thanked him for his remarks and also thanked the Secretary Walter R. Shaw for making all the arrangements which made the show move along so splendidly. and Mr. Parvcn Cass for his classification of foxes and mink. Miss Eleanor Toomba who hand- led the clerical work, which is quite difficult as all the foxes and mini: must bear number and type card, came in for words of praise too. It was remarked by a former President of the Association that he never saw so many faxes and mink judged and results tabulat- ed in such a short time. An interested spectator was R L. Cooper of the Canadian Fur Auction Company, Montreal, whose sales of furs are held every few months and attract buyers from Europe, United States and various parts of Canada. At 1:30 pm.
