Mc- Donald in the chair and Mr. W. H. Villet as Sec‘y. The subscription lists were laid before the meeting by Mathew Smith, Esq. which showed the very handsome amount of $400.00 in eaah and labour subscribed. The meeting then decided to proceed with the work at at once, the following building committee being appointed :Mr.Mathew Smith, Mr. S. D. Cameron, hfr. W. H. Ferguson, hir. E. McKinnon and Hr, J. C. McDonald. As an act or inser- poration will be asked for, five trustees were duly selected by the meeting.
