The-combination of these two fuels makes product that burns under identifically the same conditions but more efficiently than fuel oil. Owing to its greater density, it has more heat units per barrel, and owing to the retarding action of the slower burning coal, it has a shorter and quieter flame than fuel Oil, causing a better combustion and more effective » ~ use of the hot gases of combustion, with a great reduction of waste through non-loss of the hot gases through the smoke Stack. These com- bilwd 2ldV3I1U1g€S giV€ (`0'2lil10il 3 claimed efficiency 15'* greater than fuel oil. In combination with the manlfacture of Coalinoil there will be in- stalled in Cape Breton 4 Low Temper ature Distillation Plant making Coke, Tars and Light Oils. These products will be in turn, converted to Motor Spirits, Lubricating Oils and the other known by-products from Tars. The Coke will be re-treated to form hard compact and smokeless fuel for household use; this fuelvwill be superior to Anthracite, have less azsh and higher heat value; its introduction .into Canada will solve the household fuel problem so far as the capacity of the plants erected can supply, by giving its. inhabitants a cheaper, cleaner and betterfuel than is now imported. _ - - The manufacture of these fuels and by-products will be both profit- able to the operating company and of great benefit to the Maritime Prov- mces. A The (ioalinoil Syndicate owns 90 per cent of the Avfnerican (Toalinoil Corporation, owner of Patent Rights the World over fo the manufacture of Coalinoil. It has demonstrated the value of this far-rda-ching invention and its objectis the promotion of Plants throughout he United States, Canada and Central America; the licensing to others on a royalty basis of rights to make Coalinoil for their ownuse or for public~di tribution. F The D12'-US S0 far made Contemplate the promotio of ten plants of a combined capacity of 120,000 bbls. daily and the licensi g of six, plants of 72,000 bbls. per day. ‘ ` , Where plants are promoted, the Syndicate will take over Coal pro- pertiese, design and erect the different plants and receive on each installa- tion a royalty of 6c per barrel on all Coalinoil made and a substantial stock interest in' all companies promoted. °Where Licenses are issued, the Syndic.ate will receive 6c per barrel on -all Coalinoil made for the life of its patents and improvements. '" The Syndicate’s revenue will be derived from royalties, dividends' on stock held in promoted Companies, sale of Foreign Rights, Engineering Fees, etc., etc., .and should, as above indicated, be large enough to satisfy the most exacting investor. By request, the organizers are giving the people of this Province an opportunity to participate in the Syndicate.
