If we may judge from remarks overheard at the millinery ooening last evening, Messrs. Moore 85 McLeod have added largely to an already most enviable repu- tation as purveyors of fine millinery. From 7.30 until closing time the store was thronged with ladies whose pleasure was evidenced by their comments. All through the store, skilful hands had been at work with the result that it presented a' very handsome and attractive appearance. Some of the exhibits on the first Hoor - notably the dress goods, siiks, and ladies’ furnishings were very fine. The s cond flco: was lluely decorated with tastsiuldrapings and hangings-of silks and laces interspersed with Bowers natural, and artitlcials. Ol course the main centre of attraction was in the millinery department-among the dainty and stylish designs executed by Miss Toombs and her staff. A few of the prettiest items are. For instance: A large tucked chiffon tam, caught up in thefrout with large knots of chiffon; poppies or Canadian large Amazon plumes on side. Then there is a large black picture hat, of braided tulle, sequim roll, round brim jet buckles, bows of mechlin finished with large plumes and black roses. ,We saw also a pretty leghorndop trimmed with foliage, veiled in _pink and white chiffon. At the back there is a large bow of black velvet ribbon caught with a. large gold buckle. We understand that, so far as possible the stock.wili be left unchanged to-day-and we would recommend any one who was unableto cali last evening to do so to-day. ..._.__.¢l_ 'THE Dnncclsrs ARE BUSY. Drugzists report great demand for the new 25 cent size of Catarrhozoue and to~ day sales almost cleared out their stock. They explain this rapid run on Catarrh- ozone by the fact that it gives better sat- isfaction than any other remedy on the market. Druggists say that Catarrhozoue is the ong remedy that really does cure Catarrh, nonchitis and Asthma. It relieves quickly is pleasant and convinent to use, and guaranteedto cige or your money 1 hack.
