Rogers has sold out his interest in the firm. The condition of his health has necessitated his retirement and com- plete rest from the strenuous duties connected with the ma. agenle n. of this extensive business which made rapid strides under hisgoapable direction. Though naturally he feels a regret at severing his connection with the firm for whose advancemexft he gave o1’. his best for so many years, never- theless it is a source of satisfaction to him to know that the business is still to remain in the hands of the Rogers family, his brother Benjamin Rogers being the president and general manager of the company which has taken it over.
