      impeached

      council.

      councillor
      shall
      have
      the
     
     
      opportunity
      to
      appeal
      for
      reinstatement
      to
      Council
      in
      writing
      through
      the
     
     
      Chair.
      The
      Chair
      shall
      present
      the
      letter
      to
      Council
      on
      behalf
      of
      the
     
     
      councillor.
      Reinstatement
      shall
      be
      decided
      by
      a
      two-thirds
      (2/3)
