Mr, Roland Phllipson. president of Summeraide Branch presided and the guest speaker was Lt-Col. W.W. Reid of Charlottetown. Col. Reid reminded his listeners tihat a lot of fellows would like to be with them to observe this occasion but unfortunately they are not.
