Jeremiah and Margaret McNeill Slinpson ii little daughter who was destined _to be the comfort and support of her mother through twenty long yenrs of widowhood and invalidism. Several sons and three daughters went out from this home to make new ones for themselves but Janie stayed to dispense hospitality and to bethe comrade and friend of an ever increasing band of nephews and nieces. ` Most of her life was spent in the old home. In 1895 she moved to (fhurlottetewn and lived with her sister Mrs. McNeill and her family; where her motheij died the following year. Three years-ngo~she czmiefwcstr with Mrs. McNeill to make her home with her niece Miss Elsie McNeill. She had ii very sick spell bcfore leaving (lliarlottetown from which she never entirely recovered. Since coming to B.
