A city man of no fixed address appearing on a charge of vagr- ancy was given a 10-day suspend- éd sentence. A similar sentence was drawn by a city man charged with being drunk and incapable. Three other persons appeared on charges of being drunk and incapable. One Southport resident 'was fined $10 and costs or five days and another was fined $5 and costs or two days .A city man was remanded until this mor- ning. Failure to stop at a red traffic light cost an East Royalty resi- dent $10 and costs or five days. Magistrate K. M. Martin also presided at Saturday's session in which a West Royalty man plead- ing guilty to a’charge of driv- and costs or 30 days. A city woman and man were convicted on charges of being drunk and disorderly and re- manded for sentencing until Sat- urday.
