The 10-dash card. which was in- terspersed with an excellent vaudeville show. produced chang- ing battles in practically every event. and although the favourites hold true to form in the majority, three decided upsets added extra interest to pay off well at the pari- lnutuels. The first four events on the card saw the winning horses in three of them set new records.
